This Shipping and Order Policy outlines the terms and conditions for ordering car lifts and garage equipment from BendPak / Ranger. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on most heavy freight items to the contiguous United States. This offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii. For other regions or specialized shipping needs, additional charges may apply.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, your order may take longer to ship. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Methods
BendPak / Ranger selects the most suitable shipping method based on cost, delivery destination, reliability, and speed. Typically, FedEx Ground is used for most domestic shipments, but various factors may dictate the best delivery option for your specific order. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
As noted, most orders come with free shipping. Delivery time typically ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the shipping destination. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We will do our best to inform you if there are any significant delays in your shipment.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number(s). You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mechanizedus is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes that may apply to your order. Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Mechanizedus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for the claim process.
Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
